Learn French

French is not only the official language of France, but also of 28 other countries. There are around 220 millions Francophones all over the world (Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Québec in Canada, North and Central Africa, Madagascar, Vietnam, etc.)

French is one of the six official working languages used at the United Nations, along with English, Chinese Mandarin, Spanish, Arabic and Russian. And it is one of the 3 procedural languages used at the European Union with English and German.

French is also the official language of a lot of other international organizations such as the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), the Organization of American States (OAS), the International Labour Organization (ILO), the International Criminal Court (ICC), the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), the World Trade Organization (WTO), etc.
